Suzette is a great Real Estate Agent.  She has extensive knowledge, a great work ethic and a sharp business sense. All these attributes were use to negotiate a great deal on our behalf. Something that is not easy to do when trying to sell a home in Riverside California! Yes, we were the sellers in a buyer’s market (August 2009); and Suzette was our agent. However, with Suzette’s attention to detail and real estate knowledge, we closed escrow ON TIME and with a PROFIT!  I don't hand out referrals lightly, so believe me when I say, "Suzette is a Realtor you want on your team".

I met Suzette as a first time home buyer. I had been working with another agent previously. The original agent would only show 1 to 2 houses every couple of weeks and then pressure me to buy one so he wouldn't have to do any more showings. The houses he showed me were generally way out of my price range and I would have never been approved for a loan even if I made an offer. The first thing Suzette did was evaluate my income, credit and available down payment so that we could determine what the bank would approve me for. This limited the houses we needed to see because we knew what price range would be feasible. Suzette set-up appointments every weekend for months and showed 5-10 houses for every appointment. She arranged the showings in the same vicinity for each weekend so that we could quickly go from house to house. This process allowed me to get a feel for the market/prices and the types of homes available so that when I made a decision to offer I was confident of the price I was offering based on the many houses I had looked at.
Suzette did background research on each house before showing it and eliminated those deals/situations that were unlikely to be workable for me as a buyer (complicated short sales, foreclosures that would be difficult to finance through FHA or with unworkable terms) early on in the process. She was sensitive to our emotions as first time buyers while also maintaining a pragmatic businesslike style that prevented us from wasting time. She was always willing to research and show any property we found on the MLS.
She followed through at every step in escrow by working on a daily basis with the lender and seller to ensure everything went though with the fewest delays. She is extremely organized and managed the entire transaction from beginning to end without missing anything.

Even after the close of escrow she helped us to work with the homeowners insurance company to get  vendors for certain repairs and make sure there would not be anything that would result in an ultimate policy rejection and lack of insurance.

She showed us over 200 houses without complaining. She let us decide when to make offers and never forced us into anything or put any pressure on us.  She wanted us to be happy with the house we ended up with and was willing to take the time to help us get to the final purchase.

I could not recommend her enough. Relative to the first agent it was a totally different experience. There are some agents out there that give the industry a bad name. Suzette is not one of them. If all of the agents were as dedicated and decent as Suzette buying a home would be a much easier experience for everybody. You won't go wrong with this agent. I found her by chance. I just got lucky. I will definitely use her if I buy or sell real estate in the future.

I had a very limited amount of time (1 week), a pretty limited budget, and somehow, Suzette managed to find me a GREAT condo to rent out that was BELOW the budget I set. Not only was the pricing beyond fair, I also got to live there for the first month for free. It definitely does not get any better than that.

She gave me a bunch of options to sort through and really helped me with the whole process.

If you're looking for a real estate agent who's detail oriented, diligent, timely, and seriously takes into account your personal preferences, then it doesn't get any better than Suzette.

p.s. she's also an extremely pleasant person to be around, so that was definitely another plus.
